What is Growth Track?

The ALC Growth Track are courses designed mainly to further encourage and foster your relationship with God. They also support connecting you to the church family by introducing you to the church beliefs and the multiple groups & volunteer teams within ALC.

Growth Track consists of three steps that help you in this journey:
  • Step One | Foundation: lays the foundation that every Christian should have to grow in God, and covers our core Christian beliefs and values. Find out what it means to be a Christian and follow Jesus.
  • Step Two | Disciple: helps build spiritual maturity and deepen your understanding of Christ, the bible, and the ALC family — who we are, what we believe, our mission and our structure. *The Step Two [Disciple] course is required to serve on a team at ALC.
  • Step Three | Volunteer: covers identifying your gifts & talents, the different serve opportunities, and volunteering at ALC. *The Step Three [Volunteer] course is required to serve on a team at ALC.
